McBuben's Movie Review Madness,

"My Best Friend's Daughter" recieves 2 out of 5 stars. 1 star for great acting, and i truly mean ACTING... ill give it another for the chick being "very nice" but a little weird because the dude looks like my uncle...anyways, this one really didnt do it for me and truly the whole fault lies on the director and cinematographer. Now i understand that this is most likely low budget but the director and cinematographer need to work together. The directors choice for framing shots is that of blind toddler. Does the cinematographer realize the camera is sideways? Maybe there is some abstract work going on here but the crick in my neck tells me otherwise. it just fucking hurts to touch myself to this. i feel like i have spina bifida. Not only did the camera team and director put as much effort into this as a kindergartner making a mothers day card but the producers really just didnt give a flying fuck what the finished product looked like, they shat on this film in all aspects of production (filing,pre-,and post-). But you know what? this isnt just their fault, this is a reccuring theme in the pornographic film industry. and what am i talking about? the lack of depth in the plot and plainly the lack of plot thereof. as i said this isnt totally the writers fault. in fact i take it most non-amateur films dont even have a writer and they just leave it up the "talented actors" to pull something out of their ass and call it a plot. this needs to be changed in this industry. writers need to be hired to formulate a plot that has a beginning middle and end that doesnt consist of.....Beginning: [Insert fetish type here and actors get "horny"], Middle: two or three kisses, suck dick, give female head for twenty five minutes, insert cock into various destinations of the female's body, End: Cumshot....WOW i smell an oscar for that one. the coen brothers could probably direct and write a better porn than that (PROBABLY). "my best friends daughter?" wtf? damn! she dressed up in see through ornate clothing, sexy right? but where is the character development? how do i know this young lady (but of course over 18 is young) is even his best friends daughter at all? this piece is missing some crucial establishing dialogue in the exposition. The lack of character depth and weak plot makes this film one in a thousand typical pornographic films out there today. Try Again.

MOVIE SUGGESTION OF THE WEEK: Try watching Pirates (2005) starring Carmen Luvana, Jesse Jane, and a bunch of other people including a dude with a dick the size of a walrus. Great special effects, plot, direction, acting, and beautiful women. Truly the feel good hit of the year (2005) for all ages. Directed/Written by Joon.
